Evidence checklist; no blanket mill agency or certification claim.

Identify the material

Ask for the exact supplier and material reference, composition, weight, finish and care instructions for the proposed fabric. A photograph or a brand name alone does not establish these properties.

Check the documents

If origin, licensing, certification or traceability is important to your brief, request the relevant evidence. Check who issued it, what it covers and whether it applies to the selected material. Do not treat a generic logo as proof.

Review a physical sample

Compare colour, handle, movement and construction needs against the wearer's situations. Request an appropriate test when a performance claim is important. Samples and production batches should be linked by a confirmed material reference.

Plan availability and changes

Agree availability, replenishment and substitution rules before ordering. Do not assume stock or minimum quantities from a website gallery. HARCHOY confirms the selected fabric and commercial terms for each project.
