Procurement checklist, not a cost survey or competitor comparison.
Ask for a scope breakdown
Separate garments, sample development, fitting, packaging, freight and destination charges in your planning. Ask which items are included in the quoted price and which remain estimates. No percentage cost uplift can be assumed for every order.
Identify assumptions
Record quantities, material references, construction, size distribution and delivery destination. Changes to any of these may change the quotation. Agree how revisions will be priced before confirming production.
Review destination costs
Obtain current logistics and customs advice for your shipment. Check the responsibilities in the agreed trade term and named place. Do not infer duties, tax treatment or handling charges from an unrelated example.
Approve a comparable proposal
Compare suppliers only after aligning scope and acceptance conditions. Ask for written terms on defects, delays, changes and payment. This article reports no verified competitor audit, customer savings or refund guarantee.
